I tried to sue Chase Home Finance back in 2008 for an unlawful eviction. I think they paid my lawyer to back off and to close my case. My family and I still suffer from what they took from us. They came in my home while my kids were at school and I was at work and cleaned out my home. I came home with my girls to it lock and empty. What the hell…were the hell do I go with my girls? I still can’t talk about it..due to it hurting and pissing me off at the same time. My girls and I want them to pay for what they have done to us. They emptied out my 50 gallon fish take and took my family fish Bob, took my kids baby stuff..omg. they even took my food in my house and my family bible. They took 30k worth of stuff out of my house. I have never rebuilt from that tragedy. Please help me and my girls get a new life and make Chase Home Finance pay for what they did to our life.

I also went into a Regions bank to cash a chekc written from one of their long established accounts, and they also refused to cash the check by devising multilple bullshit fabricated delays from that the signatures had to be verified, when they are on file and available for the teller to electronically retrieve, to that they were waiting for an email. They had me wait in the lobby for 1/2 hour while the teller and two worms women met in the managers officer and exchanged views of their cell phone screens while I was wasting time in the lobby. They cannot possibly run a lawful bank if every check they cash takes over 1/2 hour to process. I finally had to leave without them ever offering to cash the check. I believe that there act is a fraudulent theft of my money to which I was entitled and they have stolen by an act of conversion. But as with the huge Foreclosure frauds that are being committed on a regular basis our state and federal regulators sit back and allow the citizens of this country to be raped by this bank officials.

Has anyone heard of United Services Group in San Diego? They indicate I have a very strong case for a loan modication (denied by Wells 3 times) because the title wasn't properly transferred. They want like $5K (1/2 up front) two pay for two audits and indicate my risk is only $1K for their administration costs….they even gave me references to call (I haven't called yet).

It is so good to read about Judges who actually are fair and ethical and honest and who will question the legal standing and ethical actions of other lawyers who are abusing the system and the very laws put in place to protect the rest of us, and who are not afraid to stand up for the common folk who are basically at the "mercy" of those who are supposed to be upholding the law(s) instead of circumventing same for personal gain and greed or political aspirations that abuse the constitutional rights of the rest of us. I too want to honor both Pasco County Judge Susan Gardner and Sarasota County Judge Anthony Rondolino as two people who are HERO'S within their respective jurisdictions, and who really care about maintaining the integrity of their profession and the judicial system in toto. They both are doing a good and honest job as judges working daily to maintain law and order and the ethical practice of law in Florida, protecting the citizens and taxpayers of this great State! Lets pray for them and VOTE for them whenever they are up for re-election! God knows we need more Jurist like them! Agape.

NATIONWIDE FINANCIAL CONSULTING in California has contacted us for the 'Re-Construction" of our mortgage, guaranteeing to be completed in 45 days; but to be paid in full up front. Sounds like another scam to me. they claim a money back full refund if they do noy perform. in additional they have 'bond money' available they claim, thus reducing our fee to $500. split into 2 payment. however, reducing the fee further if you pay it all up front at once to $400.

Who are these people? This one expert claims 212success against Wells Fargo, and 356 against Bank of America in FL in the past year.

With all the scam out there we do not want to lose more money and find some derogatory incident involving them.

Information, please.

Can you help?
I'm doing due diligence on a "Smart Sale Lease Back" product that has been offered to us. They have offered to keep me in my home under a "pre-sale" agreement, and file an "Option Memorandum" with the county so I can buy the home back at the end of the lease term (3,5, or 7 years). If they are successful with a short sale (which they assert they will attempt through the use of forensic and "securitization" audits). They it will cost us nothing to apply, and if our home "qualifies" our 1st and last two months lease payments will be due when the lease is signed. We can't afford the 3 payments, so they said they will "amortize" the last two payments in the first 6 months. What we were told is that with a legal audit and representation, they have a fair chance for the short sale. If they DO accomplish the sale, 60% of our lease payments will go toward a credit for the new mortgage which we will be offered at 90% of the market value at the time the lease closes and they will write the new mortgage if we can't at 1% over prime. If during the term of the lease, they fail to settle with the bank, they will deed the house back to us and the lease payments are theirs. While I believe there are huge errors with my mortgage (it transferred 3 different times in 4 years), I'm concerned about the likelihood of them being able to "beat the bank" in court. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Tody I saw this new website of United Law group and I am kind of curious whats going on. What was the role of my relatives in all this? I lost my house by the way but I am curious about the role of my relatives and the black cia in all this.
