B of A sent me a copy of their note after I requested it. This is a copy with NO ENDORSEMENTS OR ALLONGES, only a scanned copy they received before they went out of business. They totally blew off my QWR I got from this site. A QTA should be pretty straight forward and require very little in regards to representation, I am sure the biggest part will be to use the word ‘objection’ repeatedly when they show their freshly created bogus documents. Please help Obi Wan Kenobi! You’re my only hope!! :)

    i was evicted from my home on 8/22 without a writtin order by judge, no notice to vacate, the home was sold on 7/28/10, we acqired this home through another non profit agncy which later found out they had no permission to, sherrifs said i was trespassing to which i still don't understand, now trying to retrieve my possessions that he is charging me for, and had to scramble to find a place, and had to deal with the issue of my duather being 6 mos preg with complications of stress, how can i handle this administratively, i spoke with a pre paid legal attny, he sent a cease and desist letter, and others have said sherrifs don't evict like that without some written documentation, and there is enforceable detainer, and i culd possibly sue for civil harrasment still what can be done, this has been a nightmare
