Resources
This page is brand new. The vision for this page is to continuously develop resources to help the average guy fight the “War on the Home Front.”
Here I will share links to as many resources as I can find to help you fight the battles you might face. We can’t sit on the sidelines when we see or experience the injustices happening all around us. We need to fight this war for our freedom and for what this country was founded on. Use the resources here. If you have a resource that you know of, please share it with me and I will post it. I will NOT post resources that I do not feel are credible or appear to lack integrity.
CONTACT YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS
I know most Americans feel that doing anything with regards to writing their Senators or State Reps is a futile effort. That perception is 100% incorrect. The more people that get involved in this fight, the louder the collective voice. Standing on the sidelines is what victims do. We wouldn’t want our military to stand on the sidelines and I know we don’t want to teach our kids that kind of character. So let’s take action!
USA.gov – Contact made easy. Here you will find a link to any elected official on the federal level. Search by state, etc. – don’t underestimate the power of sending an email or your comments through their web forms. Doing nothing does nothing.
Congress.org – Roll Call - a great online publication with contact information and a plethora of info on what Congress is doing (and not doing).
Congress Search Tutorial - a great 2 minute tutorial on how to contact your Senators or State Representatives. With technology, you can very easily write your Senators and State Reps. Go here to watch a quick tutorial on how to do this.

FIGHTING FORECLOSURE
A large focus of my blog is to help Americans fight for their homes. Wall Street and the major lenders created a massive system including securitization and electronic registrations to bypass state laws and cover up who the real lenders were in nearly all home loan transactions. In the process they’ve defrauded state governments out of billions in taxes that should have been paid on mortgage assignment filings and other taxes. This system is also now responsible for the millions of foreclosures happening as homeowners are completely unable to talk to and negotiate with the true owner of their home loan (ie. the Note). Servicers and Trustees are owned by the large banks who are also receiving tens of billions in bailout funds. They are standing in the way of the homeowner and not cooperating in the process. They are ruthlessly filing foreclosures and evicting families even though doing so causes the home to be sold for less than if they were to modify the loan for the homeowner’s current income. Hopefully, between my blog and the other resources below, you can find the weapons you need to fight. Don’t let these greedy corporate fraudsters get away with this!
Livinglies.Wordpress.com – Another great blog on the fight to save American families from losing their homes.
National Association of Consumer Advocates - a great organization that truly helps the consumer fight the war against the big guys.

DEBT COLLECTION
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act – here’s a direct link to the actual Act which you can read in full. The FDCPA governs all 3rd-party collection of debt from debt collection agencies to law firms acting as a debt collector; most of which make it a common practice to violate the FDCPA in their usual course of collection business practice. A good consumer rights attorney can really help you in these matters.
